Comparable Market Analysis (CMA)
We will perform an analysis of the market and comparable properties, and estimate the value of your property. This CMA will assist you in determining the correct listing price.

Note that while a CMA is useful, your property’s Market Value will ultimately be determined by a licensed appraiser/appraisal. Moreover, the buyer's lender will use this Market Value to determine how much to lend on your property.
Professional Negotiating with Buyers
We will assist you in negotiations with the buyer, and in completing all necessary forms and contracts. We use industry standard real estate contracts obtained through our local realtor associations.
The technology platform that houses these contracts is able to work with email, faxes, scanners, and printers, and also allows for electronic signatures.
Other Professional Services
We will assist you in the search for other professional services you need or may want to complete the transaction (e.g. escrow/title services, property inspectors, appraisers, general building contractors, etc.).  We will help you coordinate with these service providers, and will assist you in the review of their reports.
